On Wednesday morning it was trip day when I got to school the bell ring then went to class and we had to have morning tea after we had morning tea we had to go to the mat then they said we had to sit up and then go to have lunch after we had our lunch then we had to stop look and listing after we did stop look and listing we had to go to the mat and Mrs Buchanan, Mrs West said we had to listing to the them so we could go onto the but. When I got on the bus I was happy because I asked Nesi if I could sit next to the window. When we were leaving school Nesi and I were playing blue car it was fun when we were playing blue car. When we got to Kiwi Kapers we got out of the bus and when we started to walk into the show I saw a lot of people at there like other schools. Then it was time for us to walk inside to watch the show. When we got seated into our sets the show started it was cool because how they started. After the show finished we were walking out. When we got onto the motorway there was a man on the ground because the car went over and crash him off the motor bike.

Brooklyn trip to the pumphouse

On Monday Reading support went on a trip to the pumphouse. When I got up I went to bush my teeth and wash my face then I got chaned into my unifrom.Then I went to do my hair and then get my lunch and we went off to school.When I got to school my friend Quincess said are you going to the trip and I said yes Then when the frist bell went me and my friends went in class and played with the cards then the second bell went then we had to read our books becuase it was SSR time.After we finished SSR then we went to our literacy classes then we did a little bit of some work. We did not do much work because it was nearly 11:30 then when it was 10:30 Reading Support went to read then we came back and we did the ran. After we did the ran we came back for morning tea time. Then after morning tea time the bell went then we had to go to the hall then we had to get out of the hall. Then we had to set in the breeze and then Mrs Clark had to do the roll so she knows that we are all here at school on Monday.We all walked down to the bus and then Mrs Clark went down to the bus but in font of the bus so she can count how much kids are going on the trip. When we got on the bus me and my fiends ran to the back so we could set there.when we got there we had to say thank you to the bus driver after we finished coming off the bus then we walked past the rubbish bin it smelt yuck then we had to all line up then we had to walk past the birds. When we went past the birds and then this boy we who fell and his name was Ash then we all started to laugh at him after we went to have lunch when we had lunch he was crying after we finished eating we had to line up to go to watch the show we took our school bags with us we had to put our bags down then we lined up to go in and watch. When we got at the door the lade was counting us after I went passed her I walked up the stairs and tuned right and sat down next to my firends. Then the show started it was funny because the big man was screaming like a girl. After the show finished we had to all stand up and dance with them. Then the show finished took heaps of photos after we took the photos we lined up to hop on the bus so my firend and I was runing to the front so we could to set at the back then we all were seting down so my tudor was giving out some pirates things when I got mine I opened it and put it on me. And then we went pass the skycity. We were nearly at school. Then we got to school and school was nealy finish then I was runing to class and then my firend Sonna said how was your day and I said yes then the bell ring the we had to claen up after we claened up Mrs Buchanan said to come on the mat then she ssaid we all could go home.

4. Walk straight until you see the office counter.

Maui and the sun

This is my animaiton about Maui and the sun.

Planning and writing a recount - the school picnic

On friday morning we out for a public outing we had to go on to the mat and listen to the instructions then we had to go and get our hat Ms West said room 9 stand up and line up outside. We had to go to the hall and listen to the instructions we had to say thank you to your lovely good helpers and to sisters and brothers that they are Suppose to be at school on friday but they wanted to come and spend some time with pt england school.

As we got to the reserve we had to take a seat on the ground but the grass was so wet from thursday night. When Mr Burt said team one are going to go swim first they all were so excited to go and swim and then Mr Burt called all of the teams then when it got to team 4 rooms 6,7,8,9 and 10 I was so excited to go and have a swim but I did not go for a swim because it was yuck water. I was just making some clay but I got my self dirty.

I went back up and started eating after that I went to my mum and dad because my teeth came out and to put some sunscreen befor I get more blacker. My friends and I went to the card board game. I went back up to go and get my bag and my shoes because we were going back to school so we walked back to school and some of us were playing on the playground some of us went the same way.

When we got back to class Mrs Buchanan was taking the roll but my mum and dad came to get me because we were in a rush so my mum and dad waited for my sister to come out so my mum told me to go and get my brother so I ran back because he was not there so I went to the hall and he was there we walked back to room 5 but my mum and dad was not there they were at the car waiting for us. When I got home I was crying because I had a cut my leg.

Kia ora my name is Brooklyn. I am a Year 5 at Pt England school. My  teachers name are Mrs Buchanan and Miss west. My culture is Tongan and Niuen. I have 1 brother and 1 sister there name’s are Bronson and Bryana. I enjoy hanging  out with my freinds because we always laugh each and every day we never fight we just laugh. I play netball,criket.tag,rugby leage and touch. I want to be like Maria Tutaia when I grow up.
