Planning and writing a recount - the school picnic

On friday morning we out for a public outing we had to go on to the mat and listen to the instructions then we had to go and get our hat Ms West said room 9 stand up and line up outside. We had to go to the hall and listen to the instructions we had to say thank you to your lovely good helpers and to sisters and brothers that they are Suppose to be at school on friday but they wanted to come and spend some time with pt england school.

As we got to the reserve we had to take a seat on the ground but the grass was so wet from thursday night. When Mr Burt said team one are going to go swim first they all were so excited to go and swim and then Mr Burt called all of the teams then when it got to team 4 rooms 6,7,8,9 and 10 I was so excited to go and have a swim but I did not go for a swim because it was yuck water. I was just making some clay but I got my self dirty.

I went back up and started eating after that I went to my mum and dad because my teeth came out and to put some sunscreen befor I get more blacker. My friends and I went to the card board game. I went back up to go and get my bag and my shoes because we were going back to school so we walked back to school and some of us were playing on the playground some of us went the same way.

When we got back to class Mrs Buchanan was taking the roll but my mum and dad came to get me because we were in a rush so my mum and dad waited for my sister to come out so my mum told me to go and get my brother so I ran back because he was not there so I went to the hall and he was there we walked back to room 5 but my mum and dad was not there they were at the car waiting for us. When I got home I was crying because I had a cut my leg.

Kia ora my name is Brooklyn. I am a Year 5 at Pt England school. My  teachers name are Mrs Buchanan and Miss west. My culture is Tongan and Niuen. I have 1 brother and 1 sister there name’s are Bronson and Bryana. I enjoy hanging  out with my freinds because we always laugh each and every day we never fight we just laugh. I play netball,criket.tag,rugby leage and touch. I want to be like Maria Tutaia when I grow up.

Animal Racing

It is going to be the 2016 race at Pt England. This is just a normal one so it is not going to be a real one and my favourite animal is a hose because when I hop on it I fill scared because I think it will make me fall off the hose just like the man on the chicken how he was putting at someone. Ayla and I went for a animal race we were so so scared because there was heeps of people at there watching the people who are playing just like Ayla and I.

During the race I came first because I had a hose and she had a pig that why she came consed. Then the rest of them came third, froth and firth. It was only goes up to 5 and all of the animal were tired we had to gave them a drink of water. It is going to stat in 5 more minutes.
